BELLYDANCE @ RAKSFIT

Alhamdulillah.. It's been twice already we have started the bellydance class at Aisha Kidz Planet BBB.

Some do ask, why did we organize such classes at an indoor playground?

Hye! Why not??

Its a place where parents can bring their kids. The children play at the playground accompanied by their parents. It's fun for the children and yeah, it can also be fun for their parents. But, most of the times, the parents also get bored of waiting. 

Parents are just waiting and accompanying the kids to play. If we could offer some kind of activity to help parents with the waiting time..why not? We could provide the fun to both the children and their children.

Moreover, the hectic life a parent, especially the mothers..the only rest time is by the moment their kids are focused on something else than their parents. Then only, the mother could have a glance to look at herself. To make her feel and look better. Feeling beautiful.

We do intend to help mothers to keep fitness and what way suitable for them the bellydance session.

So, why bellydance of all the other routine fitness or exercise.

We go back to the nature needs of mothers. What makes a mother, a mother started earlier with the pregnancy period. And the most affected or stretch the most...is the belly.

You can ask any mothers..if there's one thing they would want to change about themselves, its that most affected area. The Belly. 

Bellydance involves with the utmost crucial part, of course the belly. Then the breathing technique that much involve with the breathing technique during the labour session or giving birth. And yes, bellydance are encourage amongst pregnant mothers especially those nearing the third trimester.
The movements in the bellydance are delicate and gentle to suit the physical nature of mothers.
It involves the movement of hands, the upper and lower body muscle isolation. Focusing much on movement to burn fat and exercise muscles in the arm, shoulder, belly, hips, waist, buttocks, thigh and knee.

And most all these bellydance moves are done synchronize with the breathing to enhance the muscle around the belly.

There you go. One important muscle that we seldom focused on, yet so crucial to our fitness image and health.

And yes, while we offer this session to mothers, of course its open to their children. Its a mother friendly session.
